Science Says That God Exists…Still
After centuries, even millenia of arguing about the existence of God, science finally says that God exists… Still. After a study that lasted for 48 years, it is believed that the experts of the European Centre for Nuclear Research (CERN) confirmed the existence Higgs’ boson, the so-called God particle. They will have a conference in Switzerland during the next week, where the world’s leading physicists, including professor Peter Higgs after whom the particle got its name, in order to announce the discovery of God’s particle. On the discovery of God particle simultaneously operate two CERN’s research teams who conducted their experiments in secret from one another and are now thought to have both independently reached the same result.
CERN wishes that both teams confirm the existance of Higgs’ boson with five sigma certainty, or 99, 99995 percent. God particle is actually what gives mass to subatomic particles and therefore physicists believe that it is the key to understanding the Universe. Without mass, subatomic particles couldn’t combine into the atoms, but would only fly around at the speed of light. According to the theory, in every trillion collisions only a few Higgs bosons should be created, before they fall apart almost immediately. Although 1600 trillions of collisions were created, less than 300 times something that is believed to have been Higgs’ boson appeared. If the physicists announce these research results on the conference, this would be one of the most important discoveries of our time.
