Modern Disney’s Man Vs. Old-time Disney’s Man (Disney for Ladies)

Disney movie characters, are well-loved around the world and among all generations. Therefore, it is not surprising that many artists are turning to innovative ideas in presenting the characters from these movies. Here we present a gallery of recognizable male characters from the Disney production, done by artist David Kawena. Understanding of today’s modern man, compared with a man from Disney cartoons is essentially different in the visual, but the form has remained the same – nice and handy man is always interesting.

  1. oh i'm just a girl, oh little old me says:

wait . . . WHAT? modern?! i think you misspelled “soft pr0n.” as if disney nowadays isn’t already bad enough. *sigh*

  2. Valerie says:

Your Jim Hawkins is from Treasure Planet, not Treasure Island

  3. Brian says:

This is to gay for even words to describe……David Kawena is a raging flamer using his artistic talent to defile Disney into his own homo erotic fantasy…

  4. Elton John says:

Damn! That is the most positively gay thing I’ve ever seen!

  5. Nell says:

I can’t help but to feel that this is just plain wrong. O_O

  6. Gabrielle says:

credit the artist whether or not you appreciate the concept, please. All but one of these pictures were drawn by David Kawena

  7. nick says:

this is the worst. this isn’t even real. I mean, f**k disney, but they aren’t even real disney affiliated pictures

  8. Megan says:

The ladies that were re done for Disney for adults were great, it is nice to see one one did a male version of this. People re-do carton ladies all the time. Oh and it is not gay if you are a straight woman looking at these!

  9. Samuel says:

Ya, I bet there tons of chicks 18-23 that would like these, they are obviously nothing more than eyecandy, but the effort and detail that’s in the work is A+.

On the note that I am a guy. It is pretty uncomfortable to look at :P

  10. Siggy says:

Well that was… Traumatizing. Some of those characters are even children! I don’t understand why anyone would want to redraw Disney characters in this way… Eww.

  11. Shel says:

I love how every guy’s all “Ew! Gross! Those are Disney characters, man! That’s my CHILDHOOD!” and then (presumably) goes back to fapping to the sexualized Disney ladies.

  12. rebecca says:

damn hercules wish u were a real human hahaa nice job

  13. JYH3 says:

I’m all for updating Fairy Tale Characters (The comic book “Fables” is one of my all time faves), but is it wholly necessary to OVERBLOW the depiction of their FRAKKING PACKAGES. I know they’re supposed to be as if posing for Calvin Klein, but it looks like more than half (and DEFINETLY Dr. Sweet) need a damn dance belt. Jeezus…

  14. nah says:

I can only think Mr David Kawena is a fagot

  15. Knight says:

I’ve seen David’s art work before so it doesn’t bother me plus there’s a whole lot worse stuff than this to complain about.
To me, as an artist, that’s Art. Sometimes Art is meant to push the envelope and get a reaction from the viewer and more.

Besides, I would NOT be surprised if there were some pictures of all the Disney princesses (no matter what age!) all sexed up with some alterations to them.

Dirty Disney…it’s out there, just not in the main stream.

  16. 281 says:

    its FAGGAY FAG+GAY
My eyes ……. are burnin.. xP

  17. Shirley says:

The only question I have is why the hell did he redraw Will Turner and that kid from High School musical? It isn’t like I have to stretch my imagination to wonder what they would look like as “modern” men, considering that they’re, you know, already modern….

  18. Whatcamallit says:

LOL, the Troy Bolton ruins everything…

  19. Cat says:

    Ok, Tarzan is ridiculously hot.

I have to admit, I’m really happy to see a male alternative to all the hundreds of pictures of sexualised female Disney characters. For all the men who feel awkward looking at these pictures, grow up, do you feel that awkward when looking at Calvin Klein models? I mean seriously, there are hundreds of pictures of female Disney characters and female cartoon and anime characters wearing practically nothing, and sometimes completely nude, and that’s seen as OK, but a male version isn’t? That seems a little sexist to me.

I completely agree with Shirley and Whatcamallit, the pictures of Will Turner and Troy Bolton ruin it.

  20. Terresa says:

    Dam those frekin hawt

  21. Zella says:

Wow. I was drooling up until High School Musical.

  22. Emily says:

LOL, at some point it goes from “sexy” to “that’s a little scary”. Yeah, the pictures of Peter Pan and Troy go a little over the edge – but I really LOL’ed at the fact that the artist did one for Will Turner but didn’t do anything concerning Jack Sparrow. I guess he’s the one Disney man who doesn’t need any sexing up?

  23. CD says:

Alright so, some of it was cool. Some was alright. But then, the end, come on man. WTF? High School Musical? You gotta be kidding me. His topless body can be googled. & I don’t think his body will ever get past the point of a 10 year old boy unless he stuffs himself with a sock.

  24. Rozella Pietz says:

Fabulous article post on the blog, I share the same views. I wonder why this particular modern world really does not really feel like me personally and also the web site creator :-)

  25. big wang says:

    this is too gay

  26. Camilla says:

That Gaston is OBVIOUSLY not drawn by the same artist as the rest.

  27. Noel says:

These pictures of the disney guys vs. the really thing are just amazing… I really wonder love a poster of all of them…

  28. Jeff says:

Peter pan is disturbing — what is he 12? This guy needs to find himself a man desperately judging by his work.

  29. rwer says:

wtf they all turned int underwear models or something
    o_O

  30. Airadi says:

Nice drawings but did the bulges really have to be that big?

  31. Bethany says:

I wish I had a poster of some of these. Niiiiice.

  32. cate says:

daaaannnngggg those were incredibly hot. yay for stumbling onto this awesomeness XD

  33. Kate says:

What’s with all the unrealistically large packages? Yikes! Half of those look like they could actually be used to level a building!
Love the artwork all the same, but jeez, the dongs are a bit over the top, no?

  34. anonymous says:

Men, please stop calling this ‘gay’ and stupid. You might find this uncomfortable, but us straight ladies definitely find the sexualized versions of the princesses just as uncomfortable as you find this, but you don’t see us calling the work derogatory insults.

Though, I must say that I don’t appreciate the sexualized version of the boys. (Or the princesses, since I’m almost 100% that none of those girls are 18.)

  35. That Guy says:

hey anon, guess you don’t see that there are hundreds of people who are uncomfortable in each of those posts. Be a person and stop using an outdated 4chan ideal as your cover.

Now onto the post, great artistry but i think some of them are more endowed than they should be.

Thank the ghods that Peter Pan wasn’t “sexually portrayed” or else we’d be looking at child porn.

  36. Hannah says:

I’m 17 and I prefer the old Disney, new Disney is ugh, do not get me started on their packages though

  37. Cassie-Chan says:

Why the hell do their dongs have to look five times bigger than their bodies in every picture??

  38. madeline says:

why would anyone make these i wonder

    i find them creepy

  39. Jensine says:

Dang Kocoum wish he was real lol

  40. Gilbert says:

    Peter Pan is Gay!!

  41. O_Amande says:

    so good !

  42. Catherine says:

    That was blatantly homoerotic.

  43. booboo says:

I can distinctly remember being seven and having a crush on Prince Eric.
I believe my love for him has been rekindled. *drool*

  44. Natalie says:

I grew up being in love with disney princes and now that I’m 22, I definitely appreciate this. And honestly, everybody get over the big packages! Each man was designed true to character. Sheesh, what prudes. The artist did an amazing job and I’m so glad I stumbled upon this. :)

  45. Brittni says:

Dude.. this made me incredibly uncomfortable. Bahaha

  46. Pebbles says:

For all the people not freaked out enough to want a poster, if you search on DeviantArt you can order most of these as prints from the artist.

I personally love all of them except Troy. And Peter Pan is fine – he’s not been done in the same way as the others with his oversized package thrust in your face (agreement with most people there – they are a little exaggerated). I don’t see the fuss about that one.

  47. Admin says:

Pebbles have right, You can search on DeviantArt…
But there is an easiest way, just click on author’s name in description of this gallery and You go direct to author’s Deviant page. ;)

  48. Patches says:

This straight lady didn’t find them uncomfortable. I think they’re hot. Milo’s my favorite. =]

  49. Oh brother says:

Oh sure, complain about how big their packages are because they’re men, but draw a women with giant breasts and an anorexic waist line, no one complains. :\

  50. Lyndsay says:

Yes, the artist is gay. So what? Shut the f**k up. Seriously. You guys with your “Oh nasty, you FAGGOT. These are f**king DISNEY CHARACTERS” comments. That’s sexist. Supremely so. As others have said, I’d like to see the kinds of erotic versions of female cartoon characters YOU’VE looked at and drooled over. Let us girls and gays enjoy it too. I don’t scream at you for looking at them. I don’t say it’s gay just because I’m female and don’t bring into consideration males might be looking at it and enjoying it instead. We put up with it on a regular basis and the fact that you’re pissing all over this just makes me angry. So calm the f**k down. And don’t come back until you’re ready to be mature about it.

By the way, Gaston WAS done by a different artist. Whoever wrote this article needs to check their sources more closely next time.
